Leaderboard

There are six Leaderboard types in Coin Hunt World which track player progress. Some leaderboards track progres based on how many Leaderboard Points they earn for performing different in game actions. Other leaderboards measure progress without counting leaderboard points (for example, the Cubie Collector Leaderboard counts unique cubies in your inventory, rather than counting Leaderboard Points). All-time and monthly leaderboard progress is tracked and displayed in game. For some leaderboards, monthly leaderboard contests awards prizes to players based on their finishing position at the end of the last day of each month.

Leaderboard Points

Leaderboard points can be earned from:

• Solving trivia at Vaults
• Putting Resin into Cubiedozers and Cubiecranes
• Printing Cubie Blueprints for the first time at Printshops
• Completing Buddy Quests
• Referring other players
• Using a key to advance in a Quest Chain
• Finishing a Quest Chain
• Completing each of the 8 Walking Quest milestones
• Completing Adventure Road Challenges

Leaderboards

There are six leaderboards total. Some have monthly contests, some do not. Some track progress with Leaderboard Points, some do not.

Global Leaderboard

The Global Leaderboard is one of several Leaderboards used in the game to rank players based on Leaderboard Points earned. This particular leaderboard ranks all players globally, without regard to region or country.

Global Leaderboards are divided into both "All Time" and "Monthly" rankings. The Monthly ranking resets at 00:00 UTC on the 1st of each month.

Country Leaderboard

The Country Leaderboard is one of several Leaderboards used in the game to rank players based on Leaderboard Points earned. This particular leaderboard ranks players within the same country. Country Leaderboard results were tracked starting in February 2021. No Country Leaderboard results exist for any months before February 2021.

Country Leaderboard shows both "All Time" and "Monthly" rankings. The Monthly ranking resets at 00:00 UTC on the 1st of each month.

The Monthly Country Leaderboard Contest rewards the top 50 players in each country with rewards outlined below.

Leaderboard Points count for inclusion towards a Country Leaderboard score in the region where your Headquarters is placed at the time that the Leaderboard Points are earned. If your Headquarters is not placed at the time you earn the Leaderboard Points then they do not count towards any Country Leaderboard score.

Local Leaderboard

The Local Leaderboard is one of several Leaderboards used in the game to rank players based on Leaderboard Points earned. This particular leaderboard ranks players within the same geographical area, similar to the Country Leaderboards. In the USA the local leaderboards are divided into US State, in Canada they divide by Province and in the UK they divide by country within the UK. El Salvador does not have a local leaderboard as they do not have enough data to break down local regions.

Local Leaderboards were added into the game in October 2021. They show both "All Time" and "Monthly" rankings. The Monthly ranking resets at 00:00 UTC on the 1st of each month. The All Time list only counts LBP earned after 00:00 UTC on October 1st 2021, so it's not truly "All Time" in the same way that Country Leaderboard and Global Leaderboard are.

Leaderboard Points count for inclusion towards a Local Leaderboard score in the region where your Headquarters is placed at the time that the Leaderboard Points are earned. If your Headquarters is not placed at the time you earn the Leaderboard Points then they do not count towards any Local Leaderboard score. This has not been tested but seems to be confirmed in Discord around the time that the Local Leaderboards were released. It is unclear if Country Leaderboard also requires that the Headquarters to be placed in order to earn towards that score, but may be the case.

Trivia Leaderboard

New Trivia Leaderboard was added in October 2021.

• Points for every perfect answer

• Higher tier vaults yield way more (approximately 20% more) points according to Illusionweaver

• There is no prize for this leaderboard, simply for bragging rights.

Cubie Collector Leaderboard

New Cubie Collector Leaderboard was added in October 2021. This leaderboard won't have any prizes attached to it. They are just for bragging rights. Only unique Cubies will count for the Cubie Collector leaderboard.

Referral contest

New Referral Leaderboard was added in October 2021. This leaderboard won't have any prizes attached to it. They are just for bragging rights.

Leaderboard Rewards

Beginning January 2022, the top five players in the world will receive an NFT of the podium graphic.
